Medallia: Experience ’25
The Brief
Medallia tasked The Manual to transform key areas of the event, creating a more immersive and cohesive experience. Centred around the theme “Be the Exception”, the event aimed to inspire individuals and brands to go beyond the status quo and consistently deliver on their brand promise. The experience celebrated those raising the bar and redefining what’s possible across customer and employee’s journeys. Held at Convene Sancroft, St. Paul’s the one-day event welcomed approximately 500 global attendees.
What we did
To capture the essence of “Be the Exception“, we developed the creative concept of The Ripple Effect – a visual metaphor representing how bold actions can inspire and drive meaningful change for brands. This idea was brought to life through immersive design moments, including a standout Product Hub Wall featuring a mounted screen framed by an uplighted, polycarbonate-cladded panel. The diffused gradient lighting effect elevated the space and drew attendees attention to the content.
We also created an interactive Selfie Moment – an enclosed installation enhanced with metallic bubbles and fisheye lenses to create a playful, shareable environment. This experience encouraged guests to engage with the theme and share their moments online, amplifying the ripple effect beyond the event.
